Five is a five interpolated axes bridge saw machine (6 with the lathe optional), capable of performing the greatest number of works on marble and granite, executable only using more machines. In fact it can cut slabs, creates frames, proceed massive stone, create sinks, shower basis and bathtubs, can engrave on marble and granite, make sculptures, inlaying works, columns, capitals, statues, decorative pieces, fireplaces.
The ratio working area/overall dimension has always been an important criteria of our machining centers and also Five reflects this philosophy. Indeed standard version of Five has useful working area expressed in millimeters with the disc diameter 725, X axis 3700, Y axis 2300 and Z axis of 700, W and A axes have respectively rotation of of 370° (W) and +- 110° (A).
Thanks to the main X, Y, Z axes which movements are entrusted to ball bearing guides and screws and A and W axes entrusted to the state-of-the-art reducers of the last generation that lets have a centesimal precision also in more complex workings; moreover all the axes are moved by Brushless spindles, driven by encoders at 32,000 pulses /rev. This advanced technology allows for continuous interpolation and extremely fluid movements, that reflects positively on the final product. |
