Marble machines Zeus

Zeus is a 3 controlled axes work center with the optional of fourth and fifth axes, an ideal machine to perform marble and granite in such jobs as profiling, milling, drilling, typing, sculpturing, and turning.

This innovative work center is available in two versions: "Standard" and "PLUS" (with a bridge passing of 735 mm.) that lets work massive marble and granite stone of big dimensions.

Axes are moved by Brushless motors, ball screws and prismatic ball guides guarantee the precision in moving.

The machine that executes numerous types of marble and granite processing is entirely padded in stainless steel in order to ensure maximum structure life. The working table, made up of ground aluminium, is available either in the traditional staved version, in order to simplify the clamping of the pieces directly onto the plane, or in the "flat" version, in order to quicken the placement of the "double vacuum" suction cups for top processing.

The tool store is placed on the back side, in order to reduce to the minimum overall dimension and to optimize work area/overall dimension ratio of a machine: key criterion in all the Helios CNC designing.

The 12,5 HP ISO 40 electric spindle guarantees the maximum efficiency even in difficult workings.
