Besides all 5-axis disc cutting processes, Helios Dea has been developed to fabricate complex shapes with tools and discs. Helios Dea machining center can perform thousands of processes from countertops, to housing, and monument building. A great versatility that allows to satisfy all the customer's design needs. The Integrated software provides the strategies to minimize the lead time and maximize the finishing quality, from the design to the fabrication of the product. Our Robo Move patent was born with the Helios Dea machining center, the first slab handling system in Italy and in the world. The ROBO-MOVE system allows the handling, the locking, and the unloading of the slabs within the working area of the machinery. It works in total autonomy and speed of execution; avoiding the manual intervention.
