Helios ZT is a great 5-axis combo machining center and polishing machine. It has been designed for all the functions of shaped cutting, profiling, polishing, engraving, and carving. The machine has a stainless steel structure and a granite working table (100mm width), that guarantees the absolute resistance to corrosion and stability during all the steps of the processes. The working table can be also in rectified aluminium slats. The use of recirculating ball screws, zero backlash gears, and Harmonic Drives makes the machine’s movements extremely precise, thus producing highly detailed works. These components, minimizing the friction between their parts, are also very resistant to intense use. Helios ZT has a small high power electro-spindle for great quality results and speed. The head group has the exclusive system of dynamic control of the pressure for polishing processes.
